When will we hear about the double gameweeks?
After the Quarter Finals they were announced at 11am on Tuesday. It should not be any later than Wednesday. Read the end of this newsletter for the detail.
Is it Saka time?
A differential? Yes. A risk? YES. A potential great pick? ALSO YES. If his minutes were nailed on a lot of people would be considering him although he has not been amazing this season.
Which Palace players are worth it?
Honestly, just the defence. Henderson, Munoz, Richards, Lacroix, Canvot really. Sarr, Mateta, Strand Larsen and other attackers feel too risk for minutes.
Chelsea manager bounce?
I would be keeping Joao Pedro. Everyone else is sellable. Even this week.
Semenyo vs Cherki.
Very little to pick between them so based on recent performances and minutes it makes sense to pick the cheaper option in Cherki.

5 Transfers and 3 more between the end of the season means I still have 8 transfers to make in the next month! Probably the most transfers I will make in a single month at all this season. So some fun despite no chips.
Free Hit did not go well and no Thiago tonight so it is likely to only get worse for me as well.
However, going forward, of course we are still waiting to confirm if Bournemouth get the double or not, see the info about the detail on this elsewhere in the newsletter.
If Bournemouth do double, I will already have a triple up on them and would have no plan on changing that.
So with 8 transfers I would say 3 will be on Arsenal. 2 or 3 on Crystal Palace, 1 or 2 on other players and then a Gameweek 38 one week punt.
There is no need to buy Crystal Palace this week with BOU (A) between two European matches.
So it really focuses on Arsenal and if there is anyone else I want to buy.
Senesi / Bijol —> Gabriel depending on if Senesi doubles or not.
Verbruggen —> Raya
Palmer —> Saka
Tavernier / Hinshelwood —> Rice
I do not think Saka or Rice are worth buying right now with what I have seen and is Raya much better than Darlow this week? Not really.
So the most likely plan will be to just buy Gabriel for FUL (H). Then make a few transfers in 36 to get some Crystal Palace and more Arsenal.
The only other transfer I am considering is selling Palmer.
Palmer —> Saka as previously mentioned
Palmer —> Rogers for TOT (H) + BUR (A).
Palmer —> Wilson in 36 for the good final 3 fixtures.
Palmer —> Sarr in 36 ahead of the Crystal Palace double in 36 or 37.
Palmer —> Bruno G for some good Newcastle fixtures.
Right now none of those seem good enough but I am running out of time to use my transfers!

Hello everyone! My wildcard is active for Gameweek 35!
I am writing this before the Monday night game between Man Utd and Brentford, where I have Bruno (C), Mbeumo, Thiago, and Dango - hopeful the green arrow can get a bit bigger.
I thought wildcard 35 would be pretty simple to create a draft for, but it is quite difficult. On top of that, as per later in the newsletter, we still do not know exactly what the double for City and Palace will look like, and whether possibly Bournemouth could double too.
That being said, there are 4 teams that I think make the most sense to invest in:
Crystal Palace, Man City, Leeds, Arsenal. Pretty much all of my drafts have included 10-12 players from those 4 teams. Palace and City because they double, and then Arsenal and Leeds as they have excellent fixtures, and the latter have really cheap players to choose from.
The players that are 99% locked are: Darlow, Henderson, Gabriel, O’Reilly, Munoz, Lacroix, Bruno, Cherki, and Haaland. The other 6 players (1x DEF, 3x MIDs, 2x FWDs) have been changing quite a lot, and I suppose it depends how different I want to go with my picks.
The reason for Rogers is that I love the Spurs and Burnley games in the next two weeks. The reason for Groß is that he plays Wolves at home in GW36 which I’d like some cover for. The reason for Rice is that the fixtures are excellent and he plays every available minute. And then the reason for DCL and Justin is that they are cheap and play Burnley at home.
I am quite happy with the team for now, but may spice it up a bit over the coming days and it may change dependent upon the PL’s announcement of this Man City vs Palace game.
Hopefully we get confirmation of the doubles (and possible blank) on Tuesday!

All out of chips then and 4 more free transfers!
I might have to go without any Palace players for their DGW and just pray for the best, since I only have 1 FT this week. I'm struggling to find a plan that can tick all boxes. If Bournemouth get a DGW36 that will be even more difficult since I've only got 2 players. Plus that all aside I want Gabriel back, and he’s a priority. I’ve found a potential transfer path I like but it depends on Saka being an option again, he came off the bench last match on his return from injury and I’d be looking to buy him in a couple of weeks when Arsenal finish the season with BUR (H) + CRY (A)
Potentially this:
GW35: Roll
GW36: Hill → Gabriel
GW37: Palmer + Groß → Saka + KDH
GW38: Thiago → Bowen
That’s using all 4 Free Transfers though so I also need nothing else to go wrong which would need some luck. Bowen has LEE (H) in GW38 so I’m quite keen to accommodate him for the final day. Last thing to mention is I am considering Gabriel in this week as a slightly defensive move, but either way I’d be exposed to high ownership because I’d then not play Hill and Bournemouth defence is still very popular. So I can see myself rolling to stay flexible for DGW36 as well.
