Your Shampoo Is Making Your Hair Thinner. Use This Instead.

Most shampoos strip the scalp. SLS, salt, parabens — the standard formula that cleans your hair while quietly working against it. If you've noticed thinning and haven't changed your shampoo, that's where to start.

Particle Hair-Thickening Shampoo is SLS-free, salt-free, and paraben-free. It doesn't just clean — it rebuilds, from root to tip, with a science-backed formula that makes hair look and feel fuller over time. Thinning hair can quietly take a toll on how you feel every day. This is the switch that fixes it. Try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

  1. Spurs players on Free Hit?

Xavi Simons has just 2 assists away from home this season. However, feels their best attacking player. Or go Porro combining some clean sheet potential (lol) with attacking threat.

  2. How many players do you need?
If you have 9 and cover the key player like Gabriel, Fernandes and Bowen then that should be enough before you start taking hits.

  3. What do you do with Gordon?
Unfortunately I think I would sell. The risk of minutes and a difficult fixture this week means it is hard to hold.

  4. No Wildcard? Who to buy?
Players with a good fixture this week but also long term fixtures. Aston Villa spring to mind here along with Sunderland and potentially Brentford still having motivation.

  5. Keep Arsenal defence?
Despite dropping form recently they still are a strong defence so yes I would hold.

Time for my final chip of the season! Free Hit!

This is my current draft. The places I think that are most likely to change are…

  1. Raya. Just does not feel an exciting upside move with him maxing out at a 6 pointer most weeks.

  2. Mavropanos. Do I trust West Ham enough? Could I go Mukiele or even Pedro Porro?

  3. Gakpo. A lot of good picks in midfield.

  4. Wilson. Form has dried up slightly.

  5. Watkins. Definitely recency bias.

Hello everyone! GW33 has gone quite well considering many had the bench boost active. I am on a small green arrow with the mid-week games still to go.

Ahead of Gameweek 34, I am very much expecting to lose points on the field with no free hit chip in play. That being said, my team does not look too bad, and I will have the wildcard to play in GW35 - hopefully I can gain in the final 4 gameweeks as a result!

For Gameweek 34, I have a full team out outfield players (including Munoz on the bench if needed), but I sadly do not have a goalkeeper. With only 1 free transfer, unless something changes during the week, it makes a lot of sense to make a goalkeeper transfer as it should be guaranteed extra points. Right now, it is likely to be Raya, Roefs, or Sels.

There is some temptation to avoid the GK transfer as it is fairly low upside, and instead make a transfer to improve my outfield players such as Ekitike to Isak/Watkins and bench Dango. Or maybe even Mbeumo to Salah and captain the Egyptian King if there is a chance Mbeumo is benched.

I could of course make two moves for a -4 hit, and I have not ruled that out, but for now the GK transfer and leave it is the most likely option.

Make sure to check in next week for my Gameweek 35 wildcard team!

Final chip of 2025/26 active! Free is in play for the blank gameweek and here’s where I’m currently at. Double Arsenal defence is a lock, and I’m likely to keep Virgil though I hope Liverpool don’t have to resort to playing third choice GK Woodman vs Palace. Pedro Porro is the perfect one week punt, it’s a must win, the clean sheet odds are pretty good despite how poor Spurs have overall been and it’s of course a must win and he has goal threat.

For the last time EVER I’ll own Salah in my FPL team. Fairy tale ending if he can score vs Palace. There’s a few spots up for debate still, potentially Wilson over Cunha who is probably on pens if Muniz starts again (until Raul comes on), and Thiago could be Solanke/Watkins instead though will need more money somewhere for that (perhaps Wilson funds that).

Still a good number of players to go midweek in the DGW - good luck with anyone you have left to play!

  1. Captaincy

    1. Fernandes vs BRE (H) will be the most captained player. He has an attacking return in every single one of the last 6 matches including double digit returns in 5 of the last 6 home games.

    2. Salah is next vs CRY (H). Crystal Palace do have a good break either side of this game but it is certain their focus is elsewhere. Salah is starting to find some form to end his Liverpool career.

    3. Bowen vs EVE (H), a player in form with a lot of motivation. Just lacking a goal recently but has 7 assists in his last 8 matches.

I’m struggling to make sense of disaster of the week (as it stands). They were 5.8K and wildcard in to 16 points with Richards captain. Huge red arrow from 5.8K 🔻 40K!

Bench disaster of the week already has a clear winner.
